TYO presents: Huzzah!
Huzzah! SO much cracker repertoire in one concert! Presented by the exceptional young musicians of the Tasmanian Youth Orchestra under the direction of Christopher Bearman OAM, this is a program featuring accessible audience favourites: Brahms' Academic Festival Overture, Bernstein's Symphonic Dances from West Side Story and Rimsky-Korsakov's Capriccio Espagnol; as well as the world premiere of Randazzo, a piece by Tasmanian composer Dominic Flynn. This is a COVIDSafe event: masks are likely to be required and capacity restrictions will apply. General seating, doors open 1.15pm, concert commences at 2.00pm.
