Charities are at the heart of rebuilding community life.The Hon. Dr Andrew Leigh MP, Minister responsible for charities will be holding a series of forums around Australia to meet with charities and to gather ideas about how we can rebuild public trust and community engagement.
As we begin the project of strengthening Australia’s charity sector and reconnecting our communities, we are inviting you to join us on 30 August from 10:30am at Albert Hall for a Building Community forum with local charity leaders.
We are holding these open, collaborative meetings across Australia. They will be the first phase in our partnership with Australian charities to build a stronger charity sector and a more connected community.
