Commonwealth Sector Support and Development (SSD) funded organisations in the Northern Sydney region are jointly running a series of webinars to support CHSP providers to transition into the new in-home aged care program. These organisations include: City of Ryde, Hornsby Shire Council, Ku-ring-gai Council, Mosman Council, Northern Beaches Council, Willoughby Council and Your Side.The first webinar of the series will provide you with a very practical training session to assist you with your planning for the next period of change in Home Care. This session on strategic planning will enable you to ‘step back’ from the day-to-day operations and asking where your organisation is heading and what its priorities should be.
Lorraine Poulos and Associates will be facilitating the training.
In this webinar you will be able to spend time identifying exactly where your organisation should be heading, and how it will get there and try to mitigate some of the risks.
