Kirtan - Kirtan is a beautiful, ancient way to connect to the deeper parts of our self through mantra meditation accompanied by music. Traditionally done as a group setting, this style of meditation has been found to nourish the nervous system, and relieve stress and anxiety in the body and mind. Let go of the world around you and immerse yourself in the transcendental sound.
