Masterclasses with Professor Brian Finlayson
AUSTA WA is delighted to welcome back 2018 AUSTA National Conference Key Note Presenter Professor Brian Finlayson to conduct four masterclass sessions for violin and viola students of all ages and levels.
Sessions are: New - 9am Masterclass: WAYACHAMP Term ensembles and Mixed Level..!
11am - Junior Masterclass, 1pm - Intermediate Masterclass and 2.45pm - Advanced Masterclass. Free choice of piece/or section of/technical work/other. Accompanists welcome, but not compulsory.
Attending as an audience member will prove invaluable for students and teachers. Each session will conclude with a short Q and A where questions relating to any aspect of violin/viola playing and teaching will be invited for Brian to address.
Audience single session or day pass tickets to 11am, 1pm and 2.45pm masterclasses available. Reduced rates for AUSTA members. PD Certificates available on request.
