The Boite is delighted to present Suzette Herft live at the Open Studio ahead of her performance at the annual folk and roots festival, CresFest in Creswick.Suzette Herft, is a troubadour and award winning singer-songwriter from the folk/Americana/country traditions. With standing ovations at recent Port Fairy Folk Festivals, Suzette writes meaningful music and lyrics to lift the soul. This is a rare and excellent opportunity to catch her at the Open Studio.
Suzette founded the Melbourne Songwriters Guild. She has been a regular songwriting tutor at The Lake School for Celtic Music and other community groups. Her live performances captivate the audience and she has been described as 'charismatic... with her heart in tune with her world' (The Australian Songwriter - Australian Songwriters' Association).
