"Changeable brains, mindful moves" SAT
A Saturday series of 'Introduction style' workshops for more mindful movement with the Feldenkrais Method®. Each workshop will offer new and varied opportunities to improve the way you feel in your body. You will find ways to reduce back and neck strain, discover ways to reduce pain and increase ease and more comfort in your life. You will learn how to release tight muscles without pulling and stretching. You will unwind stress.
