Glow & Flow Kids Yoga Disco is all about coming together for some fun flowing yoga moves,
music and creative expressions that make your body and soul GLOW!
Friday 2nd of December 6-7:30pm
45 min yoga class followed by 45 min disco dance.
Age 5-12, parents welcome to participate too.
BYOM. Wear white or neon coloured cloths, body make up or other fun accessories that glow in the dark!
$15 pp.
