Car Exhibitors interested in displaying their vehicle at the Tintern Grammar Fair on Saturday 22 April 2017 are invited to register their interest via this booking system. Once your application is received we will be pleased to confirm your attendance by email. By bringing this confirmation with you on Fair Day, we will be able to provide you with a complementary food and beverage voucher for the driver and one guest.
This application must be completed by Thursday 20 April 2017.
Once your application is received and payment is processed you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation should be brought with you on Fair Day.
Time:
The Fair is officially open from 12noon until 8pm. All Exhibitors are requested to be onsite by 11:45 am (access available from 11:30am) and are requested to be on site until 6pm. There is a fireworks display at 7:30pm and so all Exhibitors will need to remove their vehicles from the oval at 6pm.
Cost:
There is no cost to attend, but prior application must be made, and confirmation received from the Fair Committee. Confirmations will be sent out the week of April 18.
Details:
The space being provided for your vehicle will be on a grass oval. If you are a member of a Car Club, you are invited to bring information about your Car Club which you may distribute to interested parties.
Terms:
The Tintern Grammar Fair Committee reserves the right to refuse any application they deem unsuitable. Further Terms & Conditions can be found via a link on the Booking Details page.
