Hymns, songs, hymnbooks, screens, music online - much has happened in the world of church music in the past 20-30 years. How do we make our way through the possibilities and find the best for our worshipping communities. A day for those who sing, play, plan or lead music. We will look at new repertoire, where to find it, how to introduce it, and how to obtain it legally. We'll also take a look at how you evaluate new repertoire, share it with colleagues, and think about your worship music for Lent and Easter. The seminar will include the launch at 2.00pm of 'Songs of Grace', a supplement to 'Together in Song', by D'Arcy Wood as part of a short act of worship in the College Chapel.
Led by Fay Magee and Philip Nicholls.
