World Industrial Design Day™ (WIDD) is an international day of observance celebrated throughout the world to highlight the impacts of industrial design on the betterment of life, in relation to a specific United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).
On WIDD 2018, the World Design Organization is promoting and celebrating design works and initiatives that aim to find solutions to today’s ever growing Good Health and Well-Being (SDG3) challenges, such as increased greenhouse gas emissions, overcrowding, housing shortages, water security, access to transportation, social connections, physical activity and many more!
