- Andrew Cairns, Health Services Manager from Arthritis NSW will focus on the benefits of exercise and nutrition in managing arthritis.
- Erica Pitman, Executive Officer, Central West Women’s Health Centre, will cover ‘Living Well with Chronic Illness’. Erica will draw on her experience as a person living with arthritis & her experience as a skilled counsellor.
