2018 Feldenkrais Discovery Day
Running from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 8th of September, Feldenkrais Discovery Day is a fantastic FREE opportunity to learn all about the Feldenkrais Method. Experience free individual and group lessons and listen to presentations from experts specalising in the fields of Neuroplasticity, Communication, Pain Management, Embodied Living, and Breath Practices. Proudly presented by the Victorian Division of the Australian Feldenkrais Guild. Free lessons provided on a first come, first served basis.
