Fundamentals of Transitional Ministry
This is a 3-day program designed to give you an introduction to the key concepts and practices of ministering with congregations and agencies in times of transition. A stand-alone program, it is also the first phase of training that leads to being qualified as an Intentional Interim Minister. It is useful for anyone in lay or ordained ministry dealing with change, transition and new opportunities, and for those exploring a call to Intentional Interim Ministry.
