Serving Multicultural Communities -Customer Service Training
Receptionists/Customer Service Officers play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who comes to your service feels welcome and understood. This is especially important for people of refugee, migrant and asylum seeker backgrounds, who are unfamiliar with Australian services and/or seeking help from external services. This training will provide practical tips on how we can be culturally sensitive in how we present and engage in our reception spaces and maximise their ongoing engagement.
