Nia Cultural Dance with Rebecca
Join with hosts Rebecca and Yu Pei for a cultural immersion evening consisting of Dance Routine, Chinese folktales,mythology, & tea cake. Includes brief (10 min) cultural orientation., 1hr instructed Nia Dance “Dragon”, including gentle martial arts and Chinese Folk Tale and cultural elements. Followed by Chinese tea tasting with Moon Cake. Enjoy a photographic portrait in active leaping motion and mindful and relaxing Nia floor play in a festival with over 1,000 years family history.
