You'll be greeted with a "Green or Tumeric shot" as you get acquainted with me before we start chopping, slicing and blending. I will show you how to prepare plant-based milks, yoghurts, breakfast, salads, main meals and desserts. You will fill yourself up with so much good stuff that there'll be no space for the other stuff! Three-course lunch included in the program.
