• Tickets available at the door, even if sold out online. People purchasing at the door may experience queues to enter the Museum in line with current capacity restrictions. Please contact the Museum on 03 5957 3100 for the latest information.
• Please arrive at the Museum within 1 hour of the session time indicated on your ticket. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish once inside the Museum.
• All visitors must provide their contact details in accordance with Government regulations relating to coronavirus contact tracing. Your information will be stored securely and destroyed after 28 days.
• Visitors must wear a face mask, unless an exemption applies.
• If you're feeling unwell or have been overseas in the last 14 days, please refrain from visiting. Ticket refunds and rebookings can be arranged by phoning 03 5957 3100.
