Tune back in to your body and join me for a 40-minute session of Mid week Meditation. Learn how to practice acceptance and become more in control over intrusive thought patterns. Pick up relaxation techniques to get you through the week. Every week @ 11am aest, Wednesdays. Zoom invitations will be sent to your provided email in the morning, before the session commences. Please use sliding scale payment options honestly.
