Global Bread Making Workshop - T2 2021 (SOLD OUT)
There's something magical about making bread at home. Come and learn how to make Anjera, a popular breakfast flat bread, eaten in Kenya and Somalia, spiced with cumin, fennel, nigella seeds, garlic and turmeric powder. A delicious spongy sourdough flat bread, crusty white dinner rolls and a wholemeal pita bread for falafels and salad. An aromatic vegetable curry will be whipped up to accompany the breads.
