Bealtaine Fire Festival Celebration
An Irish cultural event to celebrate the legends around Bealtaine, the Celtic quarter day marking the first day of summer and the beginning of the light half of the year. The Bealtaine fire was said to be lit on the Hill of Uisneach in County Westmeath and was visible to over a quarter of the land. Includes supper of Soup and Irish brown bread, dessert and tae. Entertainment by Sian Brigid, Fire Performer and Mad Kelpie Playdate - pipes (including uilleann), flute and bodhran.
