Baking workshops
Join our baking classes with master chef Lagle Sammelsaar.
All necessary ingredients will be provided.
BYO bowl to mix your dough (~3-5 litres, plastic or metal); 2 x clean kitchen towels (to clean hands and for covering the pastry); a wooden spoon; hand whisk (not electrical); an apron. It's optional to bring your own kitchen scale (if you do not have it, we will share), your choice of alcohol to soak raisins, cardboard or a plate to transport your Kringel home, about 40x40 cm.
