TAKE UP SERIOUS ARCHERY WITH BEGINNER'S LESSONS!
This is Yarra Bowmen Archery Club's Beginner's lessons. Once you complete this course, you will be eligible to join any registered archery club with Archery Victoria/Archery Australia. Individual archery clubs may have further membership requirements.
You will be trained on the basics of archery, safety and will be on your way to mastering the sport.
No prior archery experience is necessary. Cost is $100 per person for three weekends of two-hour sessions, for a total of six hours of archery instruction; fee covers equipment, insurance and instruction. There is a minimum participation age of 10 years old.
Please wear closed-toe shoes, close fitting tops to prevent the bow string from catching your clothes, appropriate hats and sun-screen if necessary. Be sure to bring your own refreshments.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- There is a small non-refundable booking fee of 30 cents per ticket which goes to the booking operator.
- As we are a volunteer-run community club, we cannot offer a refund if you can't make the lesson or course.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian; there is a minimum age of 10 years old.
- If you have a pre-existing medical condition which may impair your participation, you must let us know as soon as possible to enable an assessment by the instructor.
- A Temporary Visitor Form will be provided to you at the start time to be completed; this is an insurance requirement.
