Meditation for Health & Wellbeing - Raymond Terrace
This one hour session includes gentle breathwork, guided visualisations/meditation with sound to help you unwind after a busy day. Cass will guide you into relaxation. Wear warm clothing and bring blankets/pillow for your comfort. If you have a yoga mat feel free to bring it along as you will be laying down for the majority of the time.
