THE OCTOBER INSTALLMENT OF THE NORWOOD BUSINESS LUNCH WELCOMES
CHRIS DITTMAR AS THIS MONTHS GUEST SPEAKER!
With numerous international squash professional titles, including three Australian Opens, three Canadian Opens, three European Opens, three New Zealand Opens, and two South African Opens, Chris Dittmar knows what it takes to perform and win on the world stage. His consistency helped him become the World No. 1 ranked player during the golden era of squash, an era which included the great Pakistani players – Jahangir Khan and Jansher Khan. Dittmar provided the most consistent challenge of any player to these two greats during the 1980s and early-1990s, beating them many times and being part of some of the most amazing contests the game of squash has even seen.
Since retiring as a squash player, Dittmar has worked as a television sports commentator in Australia for Channel Seven and been a regular on Adelaide radio where he currently hosts 'Roo and Ditts for Breakfast' on Triple M with Mark Ricciuto.
Come along and enjoy an afternoon of entertainment, banter and inspirational stories with a genuine South Aussie bloke and champion. Ditts will take you on an incredible journey spanning many years as a professional athlete and leader in the demanding sport of international squash, the world of sport commentary, media and entertainment.
Guests will enjoy a 2-course meal and a 3-hour beverage package commencing at 12.30 for 1.00 pm. Cost is $100 per ticket or $950 per table of 10.
