The Northern Churches Youth Camp is for students in years 7-12 (or equivalent). It will be a great week of outdoor activities, teaching and relationship building. It’s also a great opportunity to grow in your understanding of God, ask those questions you’ve always wanted to ask and make friends that will last you for decades.
 
Here are some details:
 
When: Monday 20th September (drop off, 1.30pm) – Thursday 23rd September (pick-up 4.30pm).
Where: Oasis Camp – Mount Evelyn Victoria - there will be a bus to take you to and from the campsite departing from St John’s Anglican Church (61 Main St. Diamond Creek).
 
Cost per person:
  • Early bird: $270 (save $15 before August 8th!)
  • Regular cost: $285
This cost includes all transport, supplies, meals, activities and accommodation. (There is a 30c booking fee per camper.)
 
How to register:
IMPORTANT: All registrations must be completed by a parent/guardian. 
  • Click "Book Now" at the top of this page.
  • Select ticket type. (Only Camp leaders to select 'Leader')
  • To proceed with your booking please click "Continue Booking". The process should be fairly straight forward from there.
  • The first page will ask for some important information about the people attending the camp as well as ask a parent/guardian to confirm our Camp Indemnity Agreement.
  • On the following page you will be asked if you'd like to make an extra donation towards other families who may not be able to afford the full cost of camp. Please do not feel any pressure to donate; of course we welcome your generosity if you are able.
  • To finish the registration you will be asked for some details about the person making the booking and the relevant financial details.
  • You can pay with Mastercard, Visa or Paypal. If you are unable to use these methods please contact us on the details below.
 
Bookings close 9am on the 5th of Septemeber, although please register ASAP to help us plan the best camp!
 
About a week before the camp we will send you an email confirming details of the camp (e.g. bus times) and giving plenty of useful information (e.g. what to pack).

CHILD SAFETY: All members of the camp leadership team will have a recent Police Check and current Working with Children Check.
