Workshop Overview 

Companies that truly believe their team is the most valuable resource in their business have one thing in common; they don’t leave things to chance. They develop processes, policies, and practices that nurture and develop people to bring the best out of them and allow them to thrive in their roles.

Some of these elements are regulated by workplace law and must be present. Others are best practices in HR management and should be present.

In this workshop, we will run through a checklist of the Essentials of People and Culture.

It will be done logically and sequentially, based on the lifecycle of an employee, and contain hints, tips, and advice on how to achieve a culture and process that nurtures the capability and capacity of your team.

And a warning for those glazing over at this point. Even if you don’t think you’re big enough to need this – think again!
