AEST Self care for happiness, wellbeing and resilience
As parents, educators, disability support staff and professionals, our own needs often take a back seat when other people and things in life need attention. But not looking after ourselves can leave us feeling stressed, disillusioned, exhausted and burnt out. As the saying goes: “You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first.” This workshop will discuss the importance of self care and practical strategies for happiness, wellbeing and resilience.
