Fundamentals Course Thu 6.30 pm Sep 2021
This 6-week course is ideal for people with limited or no previous yoga experience. In a small group environment you will experience yoga postures and learn breathing and relaxation techniques.
Although the course is not a prerequisite to attending other classes at The Yoga Shala, it is an opportunity to learn the basics and become comfortable with key postures, prior to delving into classes with more experienced participants.
