Learn how to make your own health giving probiotic cultured butter, kefir, yoghurt and cheese as well as simple vegetable ferments like kraut and drinks like kombucha in your own home  kitchen  

You'll leave with the knowledge, hands on skills, a comprehensive set of notes and your very own milk kefir plus a kombucha pellicle so you can confidently make your own cultured milk products at home using any kind of milk as well as the know how to make cultured veggies like kraut and probiotic drinks like kombucha

We limit this workshop to ten lucky people so you get lots of opportunities to be hands on and ask questions!
