LOST TRADES FAIR BENDIGO 2022
Traditiion, craftsmanship, skill. Lost arts, rare trades and heritage crafts. Meet the makers; see how things are made by hand. Blacksmiths, toolmakers, silversmiths, clockmakers, weavers, woodworkers, glass blowers, instrument makers, bookbinders, signwriters, potters, leather workers, tailors - and many more traditional artisans from across Australian come together for the largest traditional trades event in Australia.
EVENT TIMES: 9.30am - 5.00pm.
VENUE: Silks Fuctions & Events at Bendigo Racecourse, Heinz Street, Ascot, Bendigo VIC 3551
NOTE : NEW COVID SAFE MEASURES ARE IN PLACE.
Tickets are strictly limited and are only available online so that we have contact tracing details. As our current Victorian State restrictions on large events request; you must be fully vaccinated to attend this event. All artisans, event staff, food providers and persons working on site are fully vaccinated. At this point in time there will be no tickets sales at the gate.
Tickets are limited and at the time of this ticket release we are restricted to 5,000 patrons.
Adult tickets $30.00 Junior Tickets (5 - 16 years) $15.00 Kids aged 5 years and under are free. (no concessions). Carers cards are accepted when accompanying the person they care for. Carers will have to register their details at the gate prior to entry.
Please note: Dogs are strictly NOT permitted at this event
Getting to the Lost Trades Fair: Bendigo is located in central Victoria and is easily accessible by planes, trains and automobiles - yes there is an airport in Bendigo with flights direct to and from Sydney NSW daily, trains run direct from Melbourne's Southern Cross Station, Bendigo is easily accessible by car from across the state.
By Car: Parking is available on-site for a Gold Coin donation to the local CFA (you can of course give them more if you like).
By Public Transport: Trains run regularly from Melbourne's Southern Cross Station (Bendigo Line) there will be a Shuttle bus every 30 minutes provided by Lost Trades to and from the Fair from the Bus/Train station.
