Join Cass Campbell (Music for the Mind) for a 90 minute LGBTIQA+ Community Drum Circle. Explore the power of drumming & rhythm. No experience is needed just a willingness to be curious and have fun. Bring your own djembe or hoop drum or drums can be hired for a small fee within the ticket price. There are many benefits of drumming including exercise (you get to sit down), increased focus & concentration, balance right & left brain hemisphere and reduces depression.
