While restaurants were closed, more people were eating at home and there was a surge in both ‘home cooking’ and support for restaurants through buying their home kits and takeaways. This panel explores the place of cooking, both at home and 'away from home', and the role that cooking literature has played and continues to play in shaping cooking (and eating) cultures.
