Loreto Normanhurst Mother Daughter Eucharist & Lunch
It is with great pleasure that the Principal, Ms Marina Ugonotti, warmly invites Loreto Normanhurst mothers and other significant women in the lives of their daughter to attend two special events, the Mother Daughter Eucharist and Mother Daughter Lunch on Sunday 22 May.
EVENT INFORMATION
EUCHARIST INFORMATION – 9.15AM, LORETO NORMANHURST CHAPEL
Please be seated in the Chapel by 9.15am for a 9.30am start. Students are not required to wear school uniform.
LUNCH INFORMATION – 11.30AM, MIRAMARE GARDENS, TERREY HILLS
The lunch will be held at Miramare Gardens - 48 Myoora Road, Terrey Hills. The Lunch commence at 11.30am for a 12pm sit down.
TABLES - Tables for the lunch hold 10 with a maximum of 12 people. Mothers and daughter sit together on the same table. Please list the names of the people you have organised to sit with so that we are able to organise your table or please nominate a table captain for your group to book under such as 'Smith Table' so we can match up the bookings.
If you are a new family or are unsure of who to sit with, we would be more than happy to assist you in making some new friends and finding a table with your daughter's year group and house/class. Please list which year group or house you would like to sit with, and we will allocate you to a table.
Please note, seats on tables are only confirmed once all parties have booked. If there are available seats on your table once bookings have closed, these will be filled by guests who did not specify a preference or requested to be seated with parents from their daughter's year group/house.

Your gift to the Bursary (Welfare) Fund
Traditionally an opportunity is afforded at the end of the Eucharist to make a gift to the Bursary Fund. This demonstrates our continued and ongoing support of our students whose education is funded through the generosity of our community.
This year, many of our families have generously donated to the Bursary Fund through the Music Festival and Women of Influence events. We would like to acknowledge and thank you for these gifts. To date we have raised just over $10K, however these donations are not enough to fund one student for a year. For those that have not yet made a donation to the Bursary Fund, a tax-deductible gift may be made at the point of registration.
For those who love the excitement of a raffle, we are thrilled to be selling tickets in the lead up to the Lunch (and on the day). The raffle will be drawn at the Lunch and proceeds from the raffle will go to the Bursary Fund.
