The Art of Preserving

In this hands-on workshop, learn the simple techniques used to make pickles, chutneys, jams & sauces & the fundamentals of sweet preserving from “setting point” to storage. Covers safe preserving basics & techniques bottling, sterilizing and storing products. You’ll also make your own preserve to take home. Suitable for anyone who wants to know how to make delicious home preserves. $100 pp (includes jars, fact sheets, preserving recipes & morning tea)
