About

LivingWorks safeYARN program is a half day training that aims to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforces, communities and people who work within their communities to recognise Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people who are thinking about suicide and connect them to a resource who can help them to choose life. Participants don’t require any formal preparation to attend the training – anyone who wants to make a difference can learn the safeYARN model. Our evidence based program is safe for participants aged 15 and above. A safeYARN workshop is delivered only by Indigenous trainers.
