In this Knowledge Share Forum, we'll begin our session by hearing how some of our members have aligned sexual harassment prevention with safety risk management and incident reporting. We'll then explore how else our established safety systems can support our progress with prevention of bullying and harassment, including:

• Behavioural auditing 
• Reporting
• Safety shares

Let's work together to be leaders in sexual harassment prevention in workplaces and ensure that we create the environment in which our people feel safe  to report. We look forward to your participation.
