This workshop will draw from high energy 'MB' (Muscle-Bone/Mind-Body) exercises and improvisational perception explorations to give you a taste of Body Weather. Body Weather is a training method and philosophy founded by Japanese dancer, Min Tanaka. It is an ideal training for any dance or performance practice, promoting nuanced body awareness, strength and versatility. Gretel's facilitatory approach is challenging, inclusive and fun.
