  • Celebrate the Season Finale of the 2019 Australian Truffle Season with a sumptuous Truffle Degustation Dinner at Thyme2 Restaurant, at Sofitel Brisbane Central.  The FOUR course menu will be matched with Champagne Canard-Duchêne and has been specially crafted by executive chef Patrice Falantin.

Each entry ticket will go for the draw of the raffle (additional Raffle Tickets to support the charity Dinner can be purchased on the night at $10.00)


Raffle on the night :  Executive Chef Patrice Falantin and team will come to your place and prepare a breakfast for 6 guests, French Viennoiseries, Seasonal Fruit, Traditional Egg Benedicte, Fresh Healthy Juice… you just have to make your coffee!


Proceeds from the evening will be going to the AccorHotels Community Fund and its four founding partners:

Kokoda Youth Foundation, The Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Lifeline and AIME Mentoring.
