CAMP is an 18 years and over event, with the exception of the YOUTH WORKSHOP on Sunday March 19. Registrations are non-refundable, however you will be entitled to full reimbursement if the workshops are unable to proceed for any reason (including Covid-19 limitations).

To participate in any workshop, you must operate within the venues specific Covid-safe protocols, including but not limited to providing proof of vaccination status, mask wearing where required, and social distancing where required. Each venue will provide their specific requirements.

If you book into concurrent workshops, Back to Back Theatre may reallocate you at their discretion.

Workshops will be recorded, for training, marketing and quality purposes, and photography and videography may take place during your workshop. Please email to kirstin@backtobacktheatre.com one week ahead of your scheduled workshop if you do not consent to being included in marketing material.

All workshops will be monitored by Back to Back Theatre, any activity that is deemed inappropriate, at B2B's discretion may result in the removal of the individual(s) from the workshop.

All NDIS participants will need to ensure they have adequate funds available under “community participation” to pay for CAMP, in the event that plans do not have adequate funding, the participant agrees that they are personally responsible for the full payment, to secure and proceed with bookings NDIS participants will need a unique NDIS code, please contact kirstin@backtobacktheatre.com to proceed with your booking and obtain code.
