Bookings for attendance at the General Meeting are through Trybooking link only. Bookings made after the RSVP date unfortunately cannot be accepted due to commitments with the venue organisers.

We are unable to refund tickets after close of RSVP date/time as CCBWN is charged in full for confirmed numbers at that time. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
