This document serves as your tax invoice and receipt for your purchase from Health, Not Diets (ABN 25 288 219 159).
Health, Not Diets is recognised as an employment-related adult education provider and as such the professional development workshops provided by Health, Not Diets are GST-free.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email. Cancellations must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled workshop.
Registrants will be offered three options:
-Book into another scheduled program. Please refer to www.healthnotdiets.com to see the options.
-Transfer the registration to another person (organisers must be notified in writing by email), or
-Receive a refund minus a 50% processing fee.
Cancellations received less than five (5) working days prior to the scheduled program will not be refunded.
Please note: Where the course is cancelled by Health, Not Diets due to low registration numbers, participants will be offered an alternate date or a full refund.
