1. You take part in this event at your own risk.
2. I, Colin Cameron, the event organiser, acknowledge that this event is taking place in restaurants that take responsibility for your care in keeping with their current policies.
3. As the event continues on Barkly Street and will involve walking, you agree to abide by all directions of the Volunteer Event Staff, dressed in fluorescent safety vests, in particular with regard to their directions while crossing Barkly Street.
3. The event staff and all restaurant staff reserve the right to eject any patron who in their judgement is behaving in an antisocial or dangerous manner effecting the enjoyment and safety of others. No refund will be provided to the patron concerned.
4. The Progressive Dinner format is designed to be a fun experience for all, providing patrons with the opportunity to sample multiple cuisines. Please note that this format places large logistical pressures on the participating restaurants and may cause some unforeseen delays.
5. This is a 'Lucky Dip' format. You will only be advised of your first restaurant at the beginning of the night. We regret that we are unable to change your restaurant allocation at the last moment.
6. At this stage the restaurants in the main rotations are 540 on Barkly, Akshaya, Thai Angels, Hyderabad Inn, Magic Momo Kafe and Gusto.
7. The event managers will pass on the information contained in 'Dietary Requirements' to each restaurant.
