Public Liability Waiver – 2025

• This is to acknowledge and confirm the Liability Waiver for Ringwood Church of Christ in relation to my participation in all activities associated with the Car Boot Sale/Community Market
• I fully understand the terms and conditions outlined in the Liability Waiver, and I willingly agree to abide by them. I acknowledge the risks involved in participating in the event associated with the Car Boot Sale/Community Market
• and release Ringwood Church of Christ from any liability concerns associated with property damage, incident, accident, or illness that may arise as a result of my participation.
• I acknowledge that in the event of any incident, accident, or illness at the event, the organizers have my consent to secure necessary medical assistance, and I understand and agree that any expenses related to such medical assistance will be covered by myself.
• I understand that the insurance policies in place for Ringwood Church of Christ specifically cover public liability and professional indemnity for the event itself and the members of the church who are participating. However, understand this coverage does not extend to the registered participants who are not members of Ringwood Church of Christ in the case of any personal injury, whether pre-existing or new.
• I confirm that the details provided during the registration submission are true and correct.
