By purchasing a ticket for The -FBCS- 22-Hour LAN event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Your purchase and participation indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

**2. Liability and Responsibility**

a. **Personal Injury:** The organisers of The -FBCS- 22-Hour LAN event accept no responsibility for any personal injury sustained by attendees during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from participation in gaming activities, accidents within the event venue, or any other occurrences. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and are advised to exercise caution at all times.

b. **Property Loss or Theft:** The organisers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including but not limited to gaming equipment, personal belongings, and other items. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and should take all necessary precautions to secure their possessions.

**3. Age Restrictions**

a. **Age Requirement:** By purchasing a ticket and attending The -FBCS- 22-Hour LAN event, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 16, you must have parental or guardian consent to attend the event.

b. **Proof of Age:** The organisers reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.

**4. Conduct and Behaviour**

a. **Code of Conduct:** All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. The organisers reserve the right to remove any individual from the event for disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any conduct deemed inappropriate.

b. **Compliance:** Attendees must comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and instructions from event staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of any purchased tickets.

c. **Alcohol and Drugs:** The consumption of alcohol and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited at The -FBCS- 22-Hour LAN event. Attendees found in possession of or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the event and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

**5. Changes and Cancellations**

a. **Event Changes:** The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, format, or venue if necessary. In the event of significant changes, attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

b. **Cancellations:** Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. In such cases, the organisers will provide information on the refund process.

**6. Health and Safety**

a. **Health Precautions:** Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety. If you are feeling unwell or have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional before attending the event.

b. **Emergency Procedures:** In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions provided by event staff and venue personnel.

**7. Agreement**

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that the organisers of The -FBCS- 22-Hour LAN event are not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property. Your participation in the event signifies your acceptance of these terms.
