As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Ambrose Treacy College is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact the event organiser.
Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets will be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
Any persons who are noisy, intoxicated, threatening, or unruly will be removed from the premises.

The event organiser has the rights to all film, photo, and video productions of this event.
Ambrose Treacy College does not offer refunds or exchanges due to your personal circumstances or external factors such as adverse weather, traffic etc.
Refunds will only be provided if you cannot attend and provide notice in writing at least 2 weeks before the event.
Ambrose Treacy College will provide a refund if the event is cancelled. You do not need to apply for a refund as we will automatically attempt to process a refund back to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.
When purchasing tickets for this event, you will be limited to 2 tickets per student.
Any data or personal information that is collected for marketing purposes from this event will be collected strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
