1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are only refundable up to 48 hours prior to event.

5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.

9. Proof of age or concession card may be requested.
10. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and
the ticket holder denied entry.
11. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
12. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
13. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
14. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
15. Friday Nights:
Gates open at 6.30 for food/drinks and commencement of the acoustic entertainment in the beer garden. The venue doors open at
7.30pm.
The support act (if applicable) on the mainstage will commence at 9.30pm with the headlining act usyally starting at 10.30pm.
Events in Bebe's Bar commence at 8.30pm. Events finish at 12.45am with the bar closing at 1am.
16. Saturday Nights:

17. Sunday Sessions:
Gates open at 1pm for food/drinks and commencement of the acoustic entertainment in the beer garden. The venue doors open at
2pm.
The mainstage act will start at 3pm and finish at 6pm with the doors staying open to the public for the jam night starting at 7pm.
