This event is organised by Interflow Rising and hosted at Venus Bay Surf Lifesaving Club (“the Venue”).

By purchasing or attending, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Health & Safety
The Venue complies with all relevant workplace health and safety laws.

All attendees must follow any instructions from staff to ensure safety.

If you or your child are unwell, please do not attend and contact us about refund or transfer options.

3. Public Liability & Insurance
This event is covered under the Venue’s public liability insurance.

Interflow Rising takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants but accepts no responsibility for personal injury or loss unless directly caused by negligence.

4. Child Safety & Supervision
This event follows the Venue’s Child Protection Policy.

All facilitators hold valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Children must be supervised by their parent or carer at all times.

5. Photography & Media
Interflow is a living, communal experience of movement, music and shared space.
To honour the magic of these moments, photos and short videos will be taken during the session to capture the feeling of the gathering and reflect the atmosphere and community of Interflow.
These images simply reflect the connection and energy of the whole circle.
We honour this process with deep respect and always prioritise safety, dignity and authenticity.
By joining this event, you consent to being included in these group photos and videos which may be used for Interflow community sharing and future event promotion.

6. Refunds & Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or at the organiser’s discretion (e.g. illness).

You may transfer your ticket to another person — please let us know their details prior to the event.

7. Behaviour
Respectful behaviour is expected from all attendees.

Any disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

8. Accessibility
The Venue is wheelchair accessible.

Please contact us before the event to discuss any additional access needs.

9. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, ticket holders will be notified promptly and offered a transfer or refund where appropriate.

10. Privacy
We collect your contact details solely for event administration.

We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
