We reserve the right to refuse entry and all tickets are non-refundable, however refunds can be given at the discretion of the permit holder for special circumstances.
If you can not attend and wish to give your tickets to family/friends then you need to advise us prior to the event so that the tickets can be changed and re-issued.
If you can not attend and wish to sell your tickets to someone, you must do so through Bingo Bonanza. We often have a waiting list and we will sell the tickets to those on the list. It is not permitted to sell you tickets, nor purchase tickets from someone you do not know. This is to protect both the seller or buyer and is to protect you from any fraud. It is also to make sure the tickets are sold in the order of those on the waiting list.
If you hold a ticket and arrive after the Bingo has commenced you will still be permitted entry, however no refunds or discounts will be given for games not played. Extra books or flyers will also not be for sale whilst the Bingo is in play.
This is a non-alcoholic event.
12 Years and up can attend and must be playing (Photo ID is required for proof of age for anyone under the age of 16).
Entry is by ticket only, we can not permit entry for children (including babies) or any adults not playing at the event under any circumstances, due to limited room capacity.
Children are also not permitted to be left in the reception area whilst the bingo is in play. No reserved seating is available, however special needs & disabled requirements will be accommodated, please contact us ahead of time regarding this.
Disorderly and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We kindly ask that everyone attending the event is kind and considerate to others and those working at the event.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Covid-19 comes under our special circumstances and anyone who is found positive of Covid-19 or in isolation and therefore unable to attend, we be fully refunded.
