By booking, you agree to the following:

*This is a social outing, not a therapy, coaching, or support service.

*Age: This event is for adults (18+).

*Respect + safety: Please be respectful of others. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour isn’t ok.

*Participation is optional: You can join in as much or as little as you like. It’s okay to arrive late or leave early.

*Personal responsibility: You are responsible for your own wellbeing and choices during the outing. Please bring anything you need to be comfortable (water, meds, sensory supports, etc.).

*Refunds: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event start time. After that, tickets are non-refundable (including no-shows).

*Event changes: If the event is cancelled by the organiser (for example, due to weather or safety), you will be offered a refund or transfer.

*Photos: No photos of other attendees without their clear consent.

*Emergency: If you need urgent help, call 000.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
